mum and puppies in deliktas

i was wondering if anyone can help
there is a homeless dog in deliktas (she has just appeared in the last few days) she has 3 puppies with her maybe a month old
she barks agressivley at anyone who has a dog with them but yesterday there was children playing with her and the puppies so i think she is fine with people
i got the children to give her food and water yesterday and today she is hiding under a jeep with her puppies
can anyone come and get her from animal aid

if they take the road from the prison and follow it up with the white houses on the hill that have never been sold on the right of them,drive past them then up a small hill,along the road past some bins on the right then 2nd turning on the left there is a bin and nearby a land rover car,windows covered in silver foil they are under there
