They have outreach medics and advisers based there, so will be a good source of information. Obviously you guys are there so can see the condition, but as a priority I think a vet should not only look at hooves, but think about clipping their coats, from what I remember they were very matted, and probably causing them some discomfort and irritation. Teeth hygene is also vitally important, but I guess you guys are already on to this !
