The new Ces in Ovacik not so good though.
They tried to rip me off with a package of biscuits by charging three times the amount it should have been.
A story I have heard from many people.

I had a problem with the Calis one a few years ago and stopped using them, however, if that particular delivery guy has now gone would maybe given them another go, but not sure.

It's the same Ces Market in Ovacik, brother of the owner of Calis Ces Market, who also used to have a Ces Market in Ovacik as well.  We have used Ces Market since coming to Calis and always had great service.  However, when we had our place in Ovacik we did keep orders in Ces Market Ovacik to a minimum as the Mrs Ces Market there tried to 'tuck me up' on more than one occasion, and didn't even blush when I drew her attention to it.  It's fair to say that she has a reputation amongst many in Ovacik of being both unfriendly and someone who is looking to cheat you.... a great shame.  But no such problems with Calis Ces Market a delight to do business with.

The new Ces market in Ovacik is on the top road, on the corner with the babadag road.

The old Ces market is on the main road, in the vincinity of Duman Hotel.

I find it quite rude that a new member should call established members of the Forum liars!!
If I had read a complaint about my business i.e. overcharging.  I would investigate and not just tell everyone my business was perfection with no faults and so people with concerns are telling lies.
I am sure this is not what customers, particularly future customers want to hear.

Well said Jacqui.

Earlier this morning I read the accusation that I was lying.
Luckily I didn't have time to reply since I was fuming.

We use Ces all the time and never had a problem. That said I would tread carefully if I were in their shoes throwing such accusations is not good for building your customer base.

We bought a crate of efes from ces market 4 yrs ago, was  charged 12.5 lira deposit for crate and bottles + cost of efes of course, every holiday since we have exchanged empty crate for full one.  This holiday we decided not to replacso tooke crate and bottles back to ces, guess what.... no deposit back. won't use again  >:(
