Just a cautionary note if you book flights through this site. We booked two flights with them Sept 4 . Dalaman / Manchester/ Dalaman. The flights were fine.
Payment was by debit card direct to each airline. Plus there was a payment to E. Dreams for there fee. No problem there.
E Dreams took an additional amount out of our account equivalent to the cost of one of the flights. Despite asking for refunds and being promised one within 15 days, this has not happened. We have contacted them via messenger and their own Facebook site, and so far the money has not been refunded.
Plus any message from them does not make sense.
The amount involved in this case is not huge .
Be careful. We will not use them again

I sorted out a problem for a client 18 months ago with them [ I never have used them my self ] it to ages to sort it but in the end they paid up for the booking they took 2 payments instead of 1.
there is a free phone number 08000265910 but I used a email address I had which resolved the issue.
IT WAS a long one in lower case edreams.onrep.en.edreams .

Will give this EM a go. They do have a telephone line for customer service, but it is at a premium rate. By all accounts we have read, it can take many hours to get the same answer we have already received. "15 days for a refund." It must be part of a prepared script.
