Has anyone had large electric bills lately. Me and my friend both live at different ends of Fethiye and have both had rather large electric bills even tho we are hardly in. My friend has air conditioning and i have a soba so different types of heating. Just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem

No
But we had a rather large water bill, nearly double what we normally get.

I have solar power for water but found out that my electric bill was high due to the fact that the top tank heater has no thermostat. Our water was continuously being heated for no purpose at our expense and it only came to our notice when we witnessed it boiling off the top of our roof.

I'm not the brightest spark you know!!!

For a large 3 bedroomed villa our electricity bill is an average of 25 YTL per week through the winter.

Bloody hell - you lot would have a fit if you saw the rise in prices over here if you thought those bills were high. I'm sure my bills have trebled in last few years.

Crabbit how do you keep your electric bills so low???  We live in a villa and ours are about the same as KayaKoyuOldBoy.  We dont even get bills that low in the summer.
