Datca, Mesudiye, Hayitbuku, Palamutbuku

Overnight in Datca to ensure an early start for the reasonably long Peninsula drive the following day so a few snaps of the evening then out on the road for part 1.

Hayitbuku is small but perfectly formed, can imagine eating fresh fish there on a nice hot day, alas that wasn't the day we went!

Palamutbuku is delightful, lovely long sandy beach etc. but was warned it gets very busy in summer with Turkish visitors. Nice touch: Julie needed a "wee" stop so asked in a little cafe if that was ok without purchasing anything as it wasn't long after breakfast. The owner happily obliged, he then sat down & started chatting in reasonable English, of course we ended up having cay & being there for 1/2 an hour swapping stories, love the Turks! There was a total surprise on a little boat moored in the marina, check out the pics just after the "Lady Angela of Liverpool" boat,  :)
