B.T. upgraded their security system on Friday which means you can only now use a BT email address to send emails. I have used my own address as I have a webshop/domain name and although I can receive mail I now cannot send it on my own email address.
I rang B.T. got put through to India and a guy tried to sort it out for nearly one hour. He had not been told that people cannot send emails though there own email address anymore... You would think then would tell their staff. Thank goodness for my computer guy who explained it to me and is coming over next week to try and sort it out with my website people... What a nightmare, why can't B.T. just leave well alone.
