Laffa, for a man, the worst possible thing that can happen to you is to be caught short when you have put your y fronts on inside out:(.

That's the definition of blind panic ;)

Much agreement with my shopping trolley one (nobody for the aircon one as yet though) - I think we live in a pigeonhole society where everything we do needs a fancy sounding name, whereas what it actually comes down to is habit and that's it  :)

I agree re habits. So can we widen the topic to OCD and habits (preferrable bad).

Yes Bruce  - I think most of it must be down to habit, either down to a rigid training regime as in the forces or due to the type of work that you may have done, I noticed I only started doing these OCD type things since I stopped working so maybe I'm trying to compensate for the lack of hassle at work.

none of which gives reason for Bex having OCD unless he had an earlier job stacking supermarket shelves

I have to fill the car with fuel which equates to an exact number of pounds with no pence. It has to be £  20.00, £ 25.00, £ 30.00 etc. If it's £ 20 .01 etc it spoils my whole day:(

Ah that reminds me of another. Mrs Scunner's car is a really neat VW Polo 2 door. I can't stand the front seats being left forward when the kids get out, it irritates me so much. I have to put them back myself. Leaving them forward would niggle me till we got back to the car :D
