Actually I think they are ok if they don't stretch things to ridiculous levels, 111 can still be the i in Jim, a black stud between two ones makes an H and looking at Ebay right now some bozo wants £400 for L4 OPW - why???

DVLA were meant to send my Forms to renew my licence three months before it expired. That was on 01 October. Guess what - no sign of them.

So I applied online. Guess what - two brown envelopes arrived today -both containing exactly the same stuff.
