Dikman

It's good for cleaning stubborn stains from toilets.

Morrisons - three bottles Vina Maipo (Classic Series, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chile) = £12. I doubt it will last much longer.

Bought 3 today Colwyn, on your recommendation. Quaffing one now, very nice, thank you.

I have found a red wine I simply cannot recommend. It is called Les Aspres Reserve 2013 and is on offer at £7.50 at Morrsions currently (was £10). I have no idea how good it is.

What happened was, a fairly mature couple were filling their trolley with it (seriously, over 40 bottles at a guess) and I had a moment similar to the one at the Stock Exchange in Trading Places when everyone realises the Duke Brothers know something and all join in. The couple were not just of senior status, they were both not the tallest - and I found the wine, on the top shelf but as good as emptied. Then I spied just one, right in the corner at the back which they obviously couldn't have reached.

So now it is mine, I will report back in due course.

Ah M et Mme Bertrand are at it again - that old sale or return trick.

Two we bought on holiday one in Dubrovnik one in Kotor, Montenegro.  If anyone every sees these let me know. The red in particular was fabulous.  Had it in a restaurant in Dubrovnik, in fact had. Two glasses and then went and bought a bottle.
