Where in the World ?
« on: January 03, 2016, 21:31:53 PM »
These places all have a place in history, sadly. I confess some are pretty/very obscure (especially Number eight  :). Also there are two relating to the same event the same world event.

PM your guesses to give others ago.

ONE

TWO

THREE

FOUR

FIVE

SIX

SEVEN

EIGHT

NINE

TEN

OK, here's my best guesses

1. The grassy knoll in Dallas - assasination of JFK

4. Paris underpass- death of Diana

6. Staircase of Titanic - sinking of Titanic

8. Iranian Embassy in London - siege May 1980

Very impressed you got number 10  :)

pops- all correct (very well done) except number 5 and I can understand your answer. Number 10 is very difficult.

Colwyn - all correct except number 8 which again I can understand.

I cheated and looked up No 8 - well I wasn't going to submit again so not really cheating. Blimey. I'd never have got that one.

I'm not sure I can trust you with such information! But cheating, for those who wish to do it, isn't difficult. It just takes the fun out of things, unless you want to appear to be a know-all on the forum! Have PM'd you.
