  In their infinite wisdom the UK Courts have today ruled that the indoor smoking ban does not apply to HM Prisons. That just ain't just.

  I suppose the next step will be free fags for inmates. !!   (cigarettes that is.)

And then the Prison Service said it will implement the ban as prison policy instead. So the court ruling makes no real difference.

Perhaps they should send the inmates outside the gates for a fag ?
