Though having tried a few different beers through time and loving the real ales. One of my favourite spirits with mixer was a Vodka and Vimto !! Unusual I know but was lovely in my younger years (memories)

Do any members now in the mid sixties club remember going out for the night with a pound note and staggering home after supping 8 pints ? Those were the days   :)
The question is for men/Woman   ;)

I recall that 5 shillings (25p today) would cover three pints of rough and a steak & kidney pie. With some change left over of course.
