as this site is hosted in England, if someone spilled the beans on here then Keith ... would have broken a high court injunction and could (if caught) face the resultant consequences.
So would it be OK if it was hosted in Scotland?
Yep. In fact, as long as it is hosted outwith the jurisdiction of the injunction then no action can be taken for breaking the injunction. The physical data centre where the site files and database is accepted as being the "point of publication" by many opinions - where the site (domain name) is registered is irrelevant. But like everything in law, both points are open to debate.
Another idiosyncrasy of UK law is that in the UK, a web site owner is responsible for the content/comments whereas in many other countries, including the US, its the inverse - the commenter/poster is solely responsible for their comment or posting. Its why many mainstream digital publications moderate comments made under articles.
