I can confirm I do not know UBT.   He may live near us, I have no idea where he lives,  He had never spoken to us and of course I do not know what he looks like. Surprising, I now find out that he lives so close.   So, this is ever more creepy...    We have met Keith and his family and it is friendly joking between us. 
I cannot remember writing that the land next to us would not be built on, perhaps I did?  We had been told 12 years ago that the Farmers were content to be there, but there were no guarantees. So, at the time it was farm land. 
I too found it strange at that time UBT was so concerned.   
Re my absence.  I did hear from members on many occasions ask me would I be back.

Yes I did think it was just UBT.

Apart from anything else I couldn't see the point of the post other than to have a "pop" at Jacqui.

Ive said before that people can feel intimidated on this forum.

I cant remember what I wrote a few months back and he was quite caustic to me.
Not necessary and not even accurate or helpful.
I do know him by sight and would have confronted him if I didnt like his wife so much. So I decided to let it go but in my head I had lots of comments I would have liked to have made and just made a point of not making eye contact with him.
Lifes too short. I cant be bothered with people that make me feel weeed off.
