We are seriously considering buying a scooter...of the cheap runabout variety, probably a 125 / 150. Does anyone have any recommendations of good dealers in the area..and approximate cost. We have residents visas.

Deniz Motors near Aydin Pide in Calis - 2800 tl for a 125 cc including number plates and one crash helmet.   If you keep it under 100 cc there is no raod tax to pay.  Insurance between 25 and 35 lira a year depending on where you go  :-)
