So who really is to blame for Man United's results thus far.
PS I fully expect them to progress in the Champions League.

See, that's where I disagree with you H. and a lot of other people as well. Example, press conference prior to Everton v Man Utd, Moyes would always speak about the "difficulty's the game presented" Martinez on the other hand talks about how well the team are progressing and the great chance they have of gaining some points. By en large, Martinez has the team Moyes left behind and they are doing really well and by en large Moyes had the Premiership winning team that Ferguson left behind and quite frankly, they don't look in any way contenders to occupy anything better than the mid table position, traditionally the domain of EFC.

The Everton Fans for 11 years wanted Moyes to help them get ahead of M.U. in the league tables. He has finally done it.. :D ;D
Champions League, really H, you must be in a minority there ;)

My feeling is that Moyes is getting all the stick and this allows the players to sit back and put litle commitment or effort in. They'll see it that when things really go bad, Moyes will go, not them. So why bother chasing that lost cause overhit pass?
Not fit to wear the shirt has never been more correct in football history.

Not sure ANY manager could have done any better with this set of players. Too many (for Man U) over the hill players, too many of whom have been more concerned with their want away plans for a final pay day, amongst whom is the team's actual and natural leadership, setting a poor, and confusing example to the young players .. Particularly I suspect off the match day pitch.
Key players Shrek and Van Pursestrings are amongst the most temperamental, and indeed belligerent players in the PL, strongly motivated by money and self interest, almost choosing when they will play and whether to put in a full shift when they do. bad enough having one player like that in your team, but two of them and they make up your strike force!!
Finally some of Fergies recent buys have been found out, not that they are bad players but they are just not good enough to help Man U win and indeed stay at the elite level of football. I am sure Fergie would have already been planning the replacement of some..

Jacqui only one team in Manchester. The other lot are in Salford. Ive always been proud of my team and supported them since I was 10 years old (53 years in total).
If you are a worthy supporter and I would bet money that you are, you already know this. Not met many people from Liverpool that didn't know their footy.
