Title: Import Duty Temporary or Permenant

This was posted on a ex pat forum on FB 'Maybe I should bring to many peoples attention the fact that if they brought items from the UK over here then they MUST register them as PERMANENT Import duty. The Turkish government will find you and either seize your property or a big fine, please check this out.'

Does anyone know what the wording or where on the paperwork with goods imported, where it states whether or not it is temporary or permenant?

It appears a few people have been fined for not registering their goods as permenant after court hearings they were unaware about so would like to know if anyone knows what the score is regarding the paperwork?

PERMANENT !!!!
