Why not just message him on Facebook, he posts quite a lot on there and I am sure you will get an answer. I usually catch him on Facebook, in fact, last week He was on the same time as me and I had a "live" chat with him.   Facebook name Engin Fersiz   ;)

Perhaps this explains why so many people cannot contact him through 'normal' channels . I had the same experience myself last year.

Update ---- I took Jacqui's advice and sent him as message on Facebook. I am not sure if it was this that generated a response but he did text me Friday evening and we have made some arrangements for this week. Hopefully, this will lead to a quote and getting the work carried out.

For those interested in how things proceed I will update on progress as a guide for those others who may want to use his services in the future.

After so many glowing references I am looking forward to a positive result to this and recommending him to others.

For all those who have offered advice many thanks.

Hi Teetee, Glad you have heard from Engin.  He is in demand because he does very good work.  I have seen people complaining about getting in touch, but no complaints about the standard of work he produces.
We got a totally new kitchen with a breakfast bar and Engin explained the best way to fit it was to move the kitchen window to another wall.  This was all done and we were extremely pleased with it.  The space where the window was has been covered with Turkish tiles which are really nice and something we would not have thought of.

We can also vouch for the quality if his work - and after sales too.

We can also vouch for the fact he is sometimes hard to get hold of.

It's usually worth the wait though. He did a fantastic job on both our kitchen and on turning the bathroom into a wet room.

Hi Jacqui, Stoop

Thanks for the continued messages with a positive twist. Must say the kitchen etc look really good and look forward to this kind of work being carried out.

Now I have Engin I will not be letting him go  ;)  ;) and in case I haven't mentioned it before my only issue was contact of lack of.

Will still keep you all posted with positive feedback, hopefully!!

Included new window, boiler moved into loft, new shower and vanity unit.

Much much better than we had before.

Except just noticed someone stole our shower head  ;)

Well as promised an update.

Managed to get in touch with Engin as mentioned before we agreed he would collect keys from our maintenance comapny week before last, have not heard back at all although I have sent a message on facebook, text & email. Still no response will wait a bit longer.

Like the look of the work you have had done Stoop.

Engin has just rung me and also emailed me 27 photos of my property today (as he manages it).  Not too many problems over the winter - so that's comforting!   He is having problems with with the cabling near his offices, so he says that if anyone wants to get in touch with him, use his mobile phone number and he will respond.
