Garanti Debit Card - Replacement

Can anyone advise how I can order a new Garanti Debut card for branch collection when we are back next month, as it takes 2-3 weeks as my last one has expired and we are only out for 10 days.

I have tried ordering online but it recognises I am in the UK so won't deliver, unfortunately there is no option to collect in branch.

I also messaged "Banker" from the forum but had no response to date.
