Yes,

every year for about 5 years.

Ours is about £250 all in for £1m buildings + £10k contents (these are standard figures by the way).

As its holiday home insurance, you also get cover for emergency travel included.

I'm sure people are paying less but I like dealing with a UK based company - and they will also sort the DASK insurance for you.

Sue and I also use Intasure and have found them very professional.
Insured with them since purchase over 5 years ago.
Monthly payments and as mentioned by Iank they also issue DASK.

1 claim for storm damage to roof, sorted no problem!.
Annual cover premium Gbp230.00 and Dask approx 50.00

Professional and efficient.  Most importantly for us, we are dealing with a UK based company

Used to have them but changed to a Turkish company, and indeed have changed again since.  All documentation in English, and from companies that I recognise from the UK like AXA, but at a much lower price than Intasure.  No problem with Intasure, but then I never had a claim so I cannot say how good or bad they might be at the important time when you need the insurance.

Been quoted £243 so probably take it out.  Would prefer £143 though. Lol.   ;)

Public Liability is as I recall for business premises.
We were told that Turkish Insurance Companies do not pay out unless you have the original receipt for any goods damaged or stolen, they also never pay out the original cost but only pay a fraction what they decide the item/s was worth.
