Paz wants an account where money can be drawn out whenever!

ING is near Quiksilver clothes shop. Turn left at the exchange office on the corner of the one way system past Migros.

But the interest rate is at least 3 points below what is available elsewhere. Why would anyone want too?

You open up a 50 day account at 12% and have the interest from one term transferred into your double egg before you come out! the other terms you can let it run or top up from another term if needed. Simples

Hard work isn't it Andy, just go in and ask, all English speaking staff, on a footnote I have seen more people on here in the last couple of years leaving Ing than Finans.  ;)

Not misguided loyalty Andy, going to a bank where you get good honest help any time day or night and top rates. I left Finnans because I was charged a ridiculous amount for transferring money from the UK and was told numerous times by the Manager I would have it refunded and never did. I would do the same with any bank.
Another bit of advice is to use more than one Bank not all your eggs in one basket so to speak.

Ive been with Finans since I moved to Turkey six years ago, I have had nothing but good advice and great service from the girls, I have also transferred money back and forth several times and not expensive at all?
I nearly transferred a large some of money into Alpers bank several years ago when Greece was having problems, when I read on here from another customer of his that he knew I was transferring the money it was cancelled!

  :)

I am fully aware of what happened when you were going to transfer money to Fortis bank, where Alper worked at the time and it did not come from Alper, there was another expat in the bank at the time who made it known you had been in to transfer money after swearing never to leave Finnans. Please do not bad mouth Alper without knowing the facts call and have a drink I will tell you who let the cat out of the bag.

I have always rated Alper very highly. You could ask him to sort something and he would simply do it without delay or fuss. I'd be stunned if he was telling other people someone's personal business, it simply isn't him.
