Have you tried contacting Aysha, of Aysha's Cake shop in Gunlukbasi? I think she has opened again or at the very least is able to take orders.

Ayses cakes moved near to Aydin pide a while ago but has not been open for ages, there has been a truch type vehicle pulled up at the front door for at least 2 weeks.
