I am sad to read this about Engin.. He did a lot of work for us a few years ago and it was excellent.. He also fitted a school with new windows FREE  of charge for The 3 Cs   About 10 windows if I remember rightly....

I am now going to retract my post and say SORRY to Emre. I know he will pay this small sum of less than 650 TL. He has a family (two young sons) and prior to the wi-fi which he had asked others to install, he did a good job for us on replacing my our pool terrace and installing an outside shower. We are happy with the work done for this. I do not want to ruin his reputation or his business (just wanted an overdue payment!)
Emre now says he has lost a big job due to someone on the forum reading about this. If that is correct, please understand that the actual work he did for us was very good - with no problem as to payment for that.

Well, it kinda serves him right for trying to rip you off.  If he'd simply refunded your money as any tradesman with an ounce of integrity would have, then your post would never have seen the light of day.

To be fair, ArtyMar has always described it as a "small sum", she just used a different term
