It's semi furnished..and I pick up the bill for the rest.  Those bits are a drop in the ocean, I need an air con unit, others repaired. Iron n ironing board, balcony table n chairs, kitchen table and chairs. A bed, wardrobe and some lamps.
I've booked erenspot for the move, getting a quote of carpet n curtain cleaner. Paying to get my sky moved over. I've got kadir in doing all the plumbing, toilets n sinks need doing.It's all soddin money for sure..get the violins out tut

The photo of the 'big room' you posted in your air on topic certainly doesn't come anywhere near 'semi furnished'?

The photo is a little deceiving, by the time the two settees n two chairs from other room go in there and the two rugs and side tables the room will be finished. It has tv and display cabinets across that wall,the table and 6 chairs and sideboard. It's a big apartment. That room alone  is 30+sqm. (Well according to beko shop).
