Turkey State of Emergency Lifted

The State of Emergency has recently been lifted - https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-44881328

Does anyone have any insight on the practical effect of this?

For example, the GIYKIMBIL system was introduced under the SoE I believe - will this now be stopped?
