Changes to building new regulations
« on: February 18, 2019, 14:15:17 PM »
I know new laws have come into force meaning all changes to buildings should have permission for that work to have been done. If I wanted to change something about my building now how do I get permission to do this, where do I go, how much does it cost, does it have to be in place before anything is started? Does anyone know or had experience of doing some building work recently. Thank you.

I think there has always been laws  to say permission should be sought to change buildings, but perhaps they are being more rigorously enforced now? I guess the Belediye would have to be applied to, Imar department. I have no idea of cost of application but total cost will depend on plans, number of visits to site etc.  You should get permission before starting any work or risk having to pull it down.

Might be worth PM-ing Inspector or go and visit the Zabita Polis in the council offices in Fethiye.
