After getting infuriated with Finansbank, I have just moved over to HSBC. At the moment it looks like it has the potential to work better and am pleased I’ve done it (I’ll try and put both the time involved and those 66 signatures out of my mind!), but I seem to have struggled to get a definitive response to my water bill query. After going backwards and forwards between the bank and the Muski, I think I misunderstood and HSBC cannot pay a water bill direct debit. Can anyone in a similar position please verify this? (The electricity has transferred across easily, I believe.) Many thanks...
