English speaking in water office?
« on: October 15, 2019, 13:02:07 PM »
I need to change the name on our water bill at the Muski office. Has anyone else had to do this and if so do you know if there is anyone there who speaks English? Many thanks

When you enter the desks on the left are for bill payment. The desks on the right can change your name. There was a good English speaker there last year but I do not know if she is still there.

There didn't appear to be any English speakers on duty, back in February, but they contacted an English speaker by phone who was able to translate for me

Did it last week, the women who did mine spoke a little English but we really didn't need it. Very easy and only took 20 minutes,
