Bit of a security breach with that runner throwing water at William and Kate. It could easily have been something else.

I did think about the security issue, not just for the royals KKOB but obviously totally impossible.

Another inspiring story , a friend of mine Laura Graham 31 years of age with 4 children under 8 years of age who is in my running club in a small town in Northern Ireland was one of the elite runners at the marathon yesterday she came 24th out of the 30 runners ,amazing considering  She took up running only a few years ago to raise money for charity after her dad had a heart attack an an early age ...
Whilst all those others runners today were I sure having sports massage, ice baths to revive themselves i spotted her pushing the pram round our town with her kids.
even better she is doing Belfast marathon next Monday

& hats off to Gary McKee, who in completing the London marathon, made it 100 marathons in 100 days  : :)
