They're not histerics, they're genuine concerns that MUST be worked out.  Get your ducks in a row and you'll be able to enjoy Calis Beach even more without anthing hanging over you.
Good wishes from us to you.

Update on this thread is I've been here since Jan 26th 2006 and am settled, renting apartment, made many good reliable friends, been quite a few places, from feeling the initial fear of getting my first Dolmus on my own - now I'm wizzing around the country on various buses to various destinations! So it all worked out in the end. Glad I did what I did and have no regrets! Although I still have thoughts of OMG what have I done? when I get up in paradise look out of my apartment at that big beautiful mountain just over the way I forget the struggle I had to get here!

Linda, our bedroom balcony looks at that same beautiful mountain, there is nothing like having your morning cuppa while looking over that way. Whatever happens, you have done the right thing, it's cold, grey and wet here today, imagine yourself walking up Wavertree road, past lots of boarded up shops or walkning down to the bridge. The choice is yours!!

Look forward, not back, and good luck.
