A sad story. What makes it worse is the owner of the company blaming the children! A good question is; should children of this age be rafting at all.

That is really sad, we did the rafting last year and no children were allowed.
I would like to know who the company is who sold the tickets and how the staff at the centre allowed them to get on board, they were very strict about safety when we were there.

It's incredible that they were allowed but also that their parents must have allowed it too. My girls are strong swimmers and all the rest, but there's no way in this World we'd have even considered this for our 9 year olds $:-\$

A very sad day at Hotel Club E they were staying there 9 of them went i think parents as well, my thoughts go out to the family they are lovely people .
