Contacting Monarch

I have used Monarch's Facebook page for a few questions.

Last night when printing our boarding passes, the luggage was only showing on the outbound flight. I used the message option on their Facebook page and got a reply first thing today.  I have asked a few other questions in the past and found the response helpful and timely.
I think it's a good alternative to phoning.

IT is - that and their Twitter page. Got me a £100 refund when our flight went down in price.

Stoop how did you do that I was just looking at my flights for June Out bound gone up £10 each in bound gone down £22 that's for 5 off us so up £50 in total but down £110
