Some of you may be aware that so called "Blue Plate" vehicles are available to certain groups of foreigners in Turkey. They have various tax incentives.
Has anyone gone through the process of buying a Blue Plate car? Any experiences, thoughts, information and feedback would be great - thanks so much!
