Price of Efes elsewhere

Last week I was with friends in Selimiye a village that was full of Turkish folk on holiday. They were outraged to find that the small (all that was available in the bars & restaurants) efes was 8TL & it was the same price everywhere

But what a beautiful place to enjoy an Efes, irrespective of the price!

Paid £3 for a 33cl Efes here in Brighton last Sunday, not much different.

If 8 lira for a beer outrages your friends then tell them not to come to Istanbul. 8 lira is cheap for Istanbul prices.

we have paid no more then 5ytl for a efes

4 bottles of effes in asda £2 in the uk mozzie bar koca calis still only 4.50 lira never paid more than 5 myself with the exception of dalaman airport.
