Finally after 20 years....

I am leaving. Handed my notice in today and will be moving on around mid January when the cats are okay to be flown to out of the country without quarantine.
Considering I have spent more of my life in Turkey then in England, its time to move on.
There have been good times here (friends, travel, adventure) and some terrible times (earthquake, coups, shot at by police, war & mother in laws).
Do I regret it? No otherwise I wouldnt have met my wife who I got married to last year.
Am I happy to be leaving Turkey? Yes, seen a lot go on and somethings great and somethings going bad but time to move on to another place and another adventure.
