Debenhams Snub Turkey in New International Venture
« on: February 15, 2013, 16:20:31 PM »
Debenhams have launched a new international website, delivering their range to 66 countries - Turkey not being one of them.

They will deliver as far as New Zealand, as obscure as Martinique and even to Israel and Singapore. But like Marks & Spencer (who happily deliver to war torn Syria and the likes of Kenya and Vietnam) there will be no deliveries to Turkey :(

My money is on the reason being that too many things seem to disappear.

Yes a pain in the butt, we see loads of stuff on line that we'd like to order but no delivery to Turkey, or if there is the postage is more than the goods are worth. The likes of Amazon won't even let you download books to your laptop if your credit card (British card by the way) is registered to your Turkish address. P**d off ? YOU BET !!

We never even get a mention on the ruddy weather forecast on the telly except on Euronews.
