Watchdog sent their hygiene expert over to advise the hotel in order to at least find the cause. She found a clean, well managed hotel and nothing at all that would explain the illnesses. Certainly nothing like the things described in the newspaper report and it wouldn't take an expert to find those.

The cases referred to are from 2009 - I can't remember exactly when it was featured on Watchdog but certainly not as far back as 2009. So maybe we can conclude that the hotel has put things right - and still gets bad publicity 5 years after the event.

I had a holıday at thıs complex ın June 2006 and  the dirty toilets were caused by tourısts as fast as the staff cleaned them they were dırty again. It was all ınclusıve and the kıds ran rıot leavıng the free drınks machines taps open so all the fruıt juıce and wıne ran everywhere they broke the mechanısm on the automatıc doors as well.The food was left uncovered but ıt had metal covers on ıt and people left them off not staff. Surely the poo ın the pool would be from the people/kıds ın ıt not from broken pipes and ıf there ıs a lot of people ın the pool splashing about you would not see ıt. I am not excusıng the hotel or first choice just saying how it was when I was there.
