forgive me father for I have sinned.....actually I think I must have some sort of disease, as clearly my obsession with Turkey and cookery books isn't a healthy thing. You'd agree with me if you could see how many books line the walls of my kitchen. well, I have just sinned and bought yet another cookery book (I Needed it, really I did). However, I have finally managed to find a cookery book that satisfies both my turkish and my food obsession in one go.......'Turkey' written by the perfectly named Leanne Kitchen. what a beautiful book ! Available through Amazon, this has recently been released and is a pictorial tour of Turkey and its amazing food. Beautifully coloured photos of people and places accompany both simple and celebratory Turkish dishes. I haven't yet had time to try out the recipes, but the book alone is something to feast your eyes on. For all those foodies out there...one to look out for. Guess I'll be bare foot in the kitchen again this weekend........ ;):D
