Title: Saying Hi

Hi, I just want to say a quick hello to introduce myself. Some people may already know me from TLF. At the moment hubby, Tony and me live in Akbuk, which we love, but we are looking at moving to Fethiye Nov 2014, when our tenancy ends here.  We have been living in Turkey for almost three years, and have absolutely no idea where that time has gone, i didn't  think going from being a workaholic to this lovely laid back life style would be so easy,  Sue xx

Thank you all for your replies.  We love Fethiye, and since moving here we have visited 2-3 times a year,  for me it really has that "pull",  we keep being drawn back. There is a thriving expat community there, just look at all the charities here on the forum they run, and it is lovely to see a community of expats contributing toward helping the locals.  Plus, the area is absolutely stunning, on our first visit to Fethiye a couple of years ago, I said to Tony, If we ever move from Akbuk, I want to live here, and all being well we will be there the end of next year. We have been really spoiled living where we do,sea and mountain views, and would love to get the same in Fethiye,  but, will keep an open mind. Thanks everyone again for your replies. Hi Sue and Tony, yes you are correct in saying Fethiye is a beautiful area and you will enjoy your move there as i have spent time there as well. All the best with the move.
