Title: Lost Residency Booklet

I lost my residency at Dalaman on 7 Oct 2013 and it has just been returned to me, 26 Nov.
During the time it was lost, I replaced it and payed administration costs of 196TL, (pricey, but I understand charges) plus the remaining unused time on the permit which was 186TL.
 I wonder if I can claim back the 186TL or is it a case of Tuff Luck.
I am not bothered about what I ''should have done'' as that is now ''on reflection'' and water under the bridge so to speak.
