Title: renting a scooter

does anyone know of a reliable scooter rental place. My brother is coming over and wants to hire one. I have been offered a loan of one but obviously it wouldn't then be insured for my brother so would rather find a reliable rental that gives insurance as well. He has a full licence so that wont be a problem

Try orange they are on Baris manco,near the b52 gym,near gunlukbasi.
