Hi, have just joined your forum. I have been coming to Calis beach each year for around 8 years now. We fell in love with Calis on our first visit and so own an apartment. We are a family of four with young teenage daughters. I would be interested to hear from anyone who has been through the process of registering for tax on their income from property. We rent out very occasionally, we are really don't want to make lots of money, just have a couple of weeks per year rented to help towards to maintenance. I understand (but may be reading it wrong), that if you take less then 3200TL that there is no need to register or do a tax form. Anyone know if that is correct?

Welcome bluebonnie, sorry can't help you with your query, but wanted to welcome you to CBF. I am sure someone will be able to give you the information you need but although we were property owners, we didn't rent out. :)
