Hi christie,For ease of use we prefer Teb or fortis. Each bank will normaly have three cashiers.Pull a ticket from the machine and note the number.Look over the top of cashiers desk and watch for your number. It does not matter which you use.If there is no one in just go to any teller (watch out if its busy, locals may try to push in dont be shy dont let them)Give the cashier your sterling, have ID handy, passport or dl licence If banks are very busy,I suggest you use the Nicholus exchange, not the dikman one. They wil negotiate on rate if you are changing £100 or so.Todays bank exchange on the net is about 2.46 tl to the pound, dont accept less than 2.40tl.exchanges on calis front will try it on at about 2.30tl so be aware.good luck.No banks sat/sun so you have to go else where
