Cambuslang Park.

I stay in South Lanarkshire. Our local park in Cambuslang won Lottery funding to the tune of around £1m and this has been spent on a new children's play area, with facilities for the disabled and renovations of other historic sites in the park.Since opening, the play area has been absolutely mobbed.Perhaps this could be attributed to the fact that South Lanarkshire are closing large numbers of play areas in the County. One leading councillor is attributed to saying that, the play areas are being closed because children would rather stay indoors and play computer games :o.Methinks councillors expenses and the keeping of them come to mind.
Going to the park now with my 3 grandchildren, again. We'll probably need to stand in a queue to get on something.Never mind.Well done www.cambuslangpark.org
Power to the kids:D
