Advice please

I am returning to Turkey in January, staying for 83 days. I am then returning in May for 100 days. I rent a property and have a joint bank account. My passport expires in March 2014. What would I need to produce for residency and how much would it cost for 2 years residency? I would be grateful for any advice. Thank you.

A two year rental agreement to start - money in a Turkish Bank Account - or proof of regular income eg pension - then read the recent threads for advice on where to go and what you need to do. You need colour photo copies of your passport, and photgraphs - it is all explained.  You pay 149 lira for your first blue book plus the residency charge.  Lots of advice in previous posts in this section.
