Some friends of mine are about to buy property in calis they paid dep last month the estate agent is now asking for 2000 tl for solistor to get army maps whats all that about they are buying from seaside estates,dont know much about them.

every person has to go through checks before buying,the cost of the deeds,purchase taxes of 4%,background (military) checks changing  water and electric into thier names,should have all been explained,there are also military and other zones where a foreigner cannot buy,and I would enquire further before handed over any more money
