Travellers cheques

Hi
Can anyone help please, I have heard that you cannot use travellers cheques in Calis, is this true, if not is there a charge and is the rate lower?

Zumrut Jewellers used to cash them but we haven't used them for a few years so don't know if he still does.

Hi, My wife handles all the cash, Im not allowed any.... but she said Zumrut gave us 3.50 when the guy a bit further down was showing about 3.47. That was for TC's
