Does anyone pay on line through the MUSKI site? We normally pay this way but for the last month I've been unable to get the payment through. It keeps saying there is a bank error.

"Your payment has not occurred. The bank received an error. Error message = null, Error Code = 5003:"

My Nationwide card is fine and has always worked in the past. I've also tried my credit card and my Revolut card and all get the same message.

Has anyone been successful paying them on line lately at:

I've always used my Halifax Clarity Card to do this. It has never seemed to like debit cards for me.

I've always paid via Visa Debit but I've just tried my Tesco Visa and it's gone through. I did try it last time and it rejected it.

At least it saves building up a debt. The interest isn't usually that much but we also had to pay for a new meter this time and I wanted to get it paid asap.

Not bad though:
