wonder how many bars and clubs will enforce this, cant see holiday makers being happy with it if they do

Most of them will, and the ones that don't, if caught are in for a large fine and could even be closed down. not worth the risk to worry about holiday makers, im sure they will hack it till 5 pm.  ;)

Never mind the holiday makers Des, what about your pre 5 liveners?  No doubt you have laid in ample stock to last  ;)
